What's worse, Flippers or Low-Ballers?

Crybabies in general are worse that any of the others. I like the lowball and flipper offers. A polite no thank you, and I'm on to my next laugh. Who knows what someone will offer that I didn't think about... or maybe I neex to pay a bill worse than when the item was listed.

Maybe. If you had something for sale I could give you an example. My point is why bother making a lower-than-asking-price-offer when the ad reads FIRM?
I agree. And the way I see it is with flippers you don't have to deal with them if you don't want to. But when you post something for sale then you DO have to deal with whoever responds. I get it all the time selling cars/trucks. One guy offered me $1750.00 for a 94 F150 s/b 4WD I have on CL right now for $3000.00. One kid offered me a NIB 70" LCD TV for a 95 Land Rover. I already had it listed dirt cheap. But the real aggravating part is when they call/text and just ask what's my bottom dollar. Not a "Hello" or "Do you still have..." just right to it.
WTF? I can't take their money over the phone and they can't make a buying decision over the phone.

Another vote for flippers. I don't care what anybody says, it's not capitalism, its being a piece of crap.
Lowballers vary by definition. Offering a fair market value for something overpriced is part of the negotiation process. One never knows, you just might get a deal. They could always take it to a pawn shop if they want a real reality check.

Kind of like "American Pickers" or "Pawn Stars" seems to be the mindset of some. I know, lets try a "bundle"! I will sell you overpriced ammo and you sell me your gun for less than retail.

Some people are of the mindset that everything is negotiable and they don't pay "retail". Start low the worst you can say is no. Or they may legitimately only have X amount of dollars and wondering if its there lucky day. I don't fault people for trying. Heck I might do it myself. Most of us don't know the exact value of these different guns and while you price might in fact be fair to someone that can get a NIB G27 for $400 on some program or with the GSSF coupon a used one at $425 isn't that good of a deal.

Flippers on the other hand creates a whole other problem. They are creating a false demand and limiting availability for everyone.

The problem ain't the "flippers", it's the stupid ****er buying what the "flipper" is selling. Everyone one here that has snatched up an item, knowing they could sell it at an inflated price is doing the same thing as the "flippers"?

I would say whiners are worse then flippers or low ballers. If you don't like the price keep moving on. Who am I to say what some one pays or sells their properties for. If I am selling and it's a low ball offer don't answer them. If I think their price is to high I won't buy it.
