What's wrong with this deer?

I have a gray doe that has been around a few years. Last year she had 2 foals, 1 brown, 1 gray.

We have a group of Melanistic deer that comes through my yard every day. Never heard of them before. They're black and pretty rare. Not sure how they taste but I'll let you know in a couple months.

Looks like some form of Piebaldism to me.

Many years ago I killed a coyote that looked just like that, the land owner said it was mange, I didn’t know I’d never seen that before or after but I’m curious as to what it really was.
