What's your favorite hot sauce?

I'm not exactly sure when "hot sauce" became a thing.
I'm sure a lot of it had to do with the influence of southwestern/Hispanic culture.

According to Alton Brown episode I watched, all the versions of hot sauce and flaming hot Cheetos to flaming hot jalapeños hamburgers everywhere, is because Americas largest group boomers aging tongues no longer have taste buds. LoL
I know at my old age, He is right.
And
To answer OP question : Franks...I put that $%&# on everything.

That's what I tell people so I guess I was right without knowing it.
I buy hot sauce by the gallon jug because it I use it in a lot of the things I make.
I had Franks on my Jambalaya last night and Tabasco on my scrambled eggs for breakfast yesterday morning.
