What's your favorite hot sauce?

I was genuinely surprised that Tabasco wasn't higher on the list.
I checked my inventory and I have 8 different kinds on hand but I admit my immediate go to is usually the Franks...I put that $%&# on everything.

I like to pick up bottles in Central America when visiting. I can't say I have a favorite, but there's a wide variety of flavor profiles out there that are a lot more interesting than those on the map.

Louisiana here but that Tabasco Chipotle is really good for certain things.

I love the flavor of ghost peppers, probably my favorite hot pepper. *I can't handle too much of it though!

Cholula generally speaking. Really just depends on what I am putting it on. I keep Texas Pete, Franks buffalo wing, tapatio and Cholula in the house at all times. I mostly gravitate toward tacos and that means Cholula. Also goes great on breakfast foods

Crystal for the win. Grace is a good back up with a bit more heat.

I like to roll my shrimp in Crystal and melted butter before I fry em.

Tabasco, for me, was just hot with no real flavor. Had a metallic taste like it was made in an old wash tub. I will add a few drops if that's all I got, but my go to is Cholula or Texas Pete.

The Scorpion Pepper Tabasco is actually really good with a decent kick to it. But thats the only one I like, regular Tabasco is no good.
