What's your favorite hot sauce?

I don't have an actual favorite. I like several of the Tabasco flavors, Frank's Red and wing sauces. I also use Carolina Reaper on some stuff. Just depends on what I am eating at the moment.

I like to roll my shrimp in Crystal and melted butter before I fry em.

Louisiana Hot Sauce and Crystal are vinegar and cayenne-based and taste “correct” to me, probably because it’s the style I grew up with.
