What's your go to lube

Guess I’m the odd one who uses synthetic 2 stroke oil.
Miltec and Frog lube cause failures in cold weather, like you have a single shot for the first 5 rounds.

I usually use High Temp Synthetic wheel bearing grease for any sliding parts, and CLP for any rotating parts (AR-15 bolts).

My thought is that grease will stay where you put it, and I had to buy a whole can to repack some wheel bearings anyway, so it's "free". The CLP is because I got a gallon of it back in the 90s and I haven't used it up yet.

My latest thing - 00 Grease

It lubes like an oil but stays in place like a grease.

For on the go use I put it in fingernail polish bottles that have the brush applicators built in to the cap.

Works great.
