What's your gun owner approach? Only own what you shoot? The more, the better?

Let her shoot an HK USP 9mm. :) No recoil at all. Its the only 9mm pistol my girlfriend will shoot (other than my luger?)

hmm might do that. but i can't afford to buy one if she likes it. she used to carry the body guard but decided too much recoil for her. carried the db9 for all of 2 weeks. now that's my edc. she says she like the nanos but says it's too thick

i've shown her all this. she keeps going back to the sr22 cuz she said she'd be able to shoot w/no recoil in panic situations with 1 hand

i hope her opponent can be brought down by 22s then when she has to use it 9mm should be the least caliber used in sd guns unless you gotta go really compact then .380. best of luck to you ruger

I buy anything that's a good deal, leaves me room to negotiate later. I am also trying to make sure my children have a good start on their collection when they move out, .22 rifle, .22 revolver, .22 semi auto, o/u, hunting rifle, ar, carry pistol, revolver, and a hunting shotgun. So my collection is constantly growing. Plus I like to have the odd ones you don't see alot of.

dude i done showed her all them facts. she just won't carry anything other than that sr22. but i suppose it's better than nothing at all

You wanna volunteer to stand in front of her for a broadside with her .22?

I don't care what caliber you carry as long as you are comfortable shooting it. I'd rather my family members be able to put 8 .22's in a 4" circle at 7 yards in 2 seconds than one .45acp in the same circle in 30 seconds.

JMHO...
