That’s great but if I’m going to work I’m going to get paid for it. 43 years on my job and will retire June 2 at 661/2. Don’t need the money as my retirement is good and just adding to having fun and good health.Started mind at 62, Found a job with the county paying $15000 a year so I didn't have to pay any penalty for going over $15600. Now i'm 71 and still working and haven't had to worry about penalty since i was 66.
that must have been one hell of a funeral!!! I would have liked to be there!!My mom planned ahead and prepaid for their cremation and burial in the family plot. I paid for headstones. My aunt left it up to me to take care of her funeral and it was $16k in 2006. Thankfully my aunt was a wealthy woman and left plenty of money.
