When is Deadly Force justified during a riot?

well i guess it really jus depends on the threat they pose in that case and in a riot i dont think there are gonna be to many people to come forward as witnesses so if they are a threat or looting and breaking my **** im probably gonna shoot

Absolutely not. It makes no sense to me to fire into a crowd. Only the ones that present the threat will be dealt with accordingly. Since I won't have time to show them a copy of the law that they are breaking, their ignorance of the law wouldn't justify my death by my own ignorance of the law.

actually deadly force was used. there is video footage of them shooting back at people that were shooting at them as they were trying to defend their store from being looted. it's just not shown on this video

I live in the country so this really isnt a concern for me but i would say unless ur life is in danger or they have entered ur residence ur not allowed to use deadly force. Ur property wouldnt be considered a valid excuse for deadly force now a lil bird shot in the ass to run em off might be somthing to consider.

no they did no start shooting first. somebody drove by started shooting, then they returned fire. and no charges were brought up against them
