Daddy found me under the back porch in Emanuel County GA 51 years ago. He made his bird dog go retrieve me. I have lived in a few other states because of work, military, etc and even in Germany while in the Army, but there is no place like rural Southeast GA which I am glad to call home.

I heard that growing up, guess its a racial slur now. Dark skinned german people hid in the mountains wih the cherokees during the civil war...made lots of little alley cats

Jackson NJ. Wasn't even on the map until they planted a Six Flags there in the mid-70s, then we couldn't get rid of all the bennies coming down from NY.... Can't even recognize a darn thing about my hometown anymore.

Entered the Air Force and retired here by choice. Only go back to visit my parents/brothers and wife's families. It's such a shame that the good people of the state have to put up with such an @ss whole of a governor and such a piece of crap government being run by the liberal cities.
