Where are my roots? Under my trees....I'm adopted so my adopted family's roots are Tignall, GA but personally I have none.

Born in Toccoa, Stephens County Hospital. First generation Georgian. Family was all Tarheel circa 1700ish until my daddy left the old lands.

Family came from czechoslovakia, carpathian mountains to allentown penns. in the early 1900's and were coal miners. Actually added a few letters to our last name to seen more american b/c they were made fun of for being immigrants. So some of our graves have the old original last name and some have the more american verison. But for me, i was born in douglasville, lived in tucker, decatur and now lawrenceville.
