How do they serve flounder? Have you ever caught flounder before? I Have only caught them a few times and gigged them. It’s a lot of work. Is there a flounder farm? Are these Chinese flounder? Is that really flounder? Just thinking out loud.

They're grown in a rice paddy fertilized with human waste along with the talapia and catfish.
Aquaculture. Yeah but flounder are weird. Like doormats. They need lots of floor space.
They lay flat, swim flat and have both eyes on the same side. They can stack'em like pancakes in them paddys.
Saltwater rice paddy’s? Maybe brine.
I keep seeing these commercials on tv. Advertising flounder sandwiches.
