How do they serve flounder? Have you ever caught flounder before? I Have only caught them a few times and gigged them. It’s a lot of work. Is there a flounder farm? Are these Chinese flounder? Is that really flounder? Just thinking out loud.

They come from the HOOCH around Atlanta. Yum, yum want me some hooch flounder. LOL

Cod is too expensive so they use Pollock for their deep fried fish.

I figure if I have to dip it it ketchup, tarter sauce or malt vinegar it doesn't matter what kind of fish it is. I would find another place eat. I used to enjoy captain D's for the crunches and we would eat there about once a year. The last time we were there the fish was more like a fish stick than the stuff that used to sell
