Laz, I get what you're trying to do. One option being that you buy the OEM complete 6920 and SOCOM upper, then sell the OEM upper. You say you want to switch to a 14.5 bbl tho. Are you gonna SBR the Colt lower or P&W the comp?

Actually I was going to buy the OEM1, rail, rear sight and barrel all separately and only be left with a spare barrel. If I do it that way it will be:
OEM 1 = $725-$750
Barrel = $290
Rail = $150-$175
Rear sight = $95
Stock = $60
Total = $1370
Buying the rifle and a separate SOCOM upper would be a little more depending on how much the upper cost but they can be pricey.
So I called Bullseye. Randy and Jeremy weren't there as they only work days but the guy I spoked with checked and they do have a Colt LE6920... however he checked the box and it didn't say SOCOM. 
So I'm not sure if I should take the drive out there to check it out or not.

Browsing through pics I've came across that rollmark before. I would love to have one that had that but I dont know when they came out with them or when they stopped putting that on them. I think from what I read it was 2012-2013 was the last couple of ones that had it on there.
I guess you could sell the extra barrel but dang that's a lot for a Colt AR
$400 for a USED stripped "restricted" Colt lower! DANG!
I remember right after the AWB sunset those lowers were everywhere at pretty decent prices.
