And today he signed it. Anyone know the effective date? Wondering if my form 1 under a trust is going to get kicked back after its less than a month (guessing) from approval.
If we are lucky those with checks already cashed will be grandfathered it.

BHO signed the order saying trusts have to get fingerprinted. That has a 90 day delay on it.
The 200->500 tax is a bill in congress. IT is most likely going nowhere.
Nothing in the system will get reverted. It is not retroactive. Take a deep breath, we can still have NFA toys.

Felons aren't writing up trusts or file corporation and buying NFA item, waiting 8 months to get possession then go commit the crime...
Maybe they will allow us to submit fingerprint one time... It should be only one time, last time I checked, my fingerprints are still the same...
