Yeah, it was much more compelling for the Panthers not to go for a Super Bowl run as an undefeated team. Goodell blew it on this one.

Cam Newton plays the bad guy pretty well. He should win the MVP/Oscar this year.

And don't forget... revenge! REVENGE MAN! They shut your boys out and embarrassed them. Rumblings about whole sale changes and then..... they came to "the dome"... and.... REDEMPTION! Defend the dome! Undefeated season hopes crushed. Errbody in Atlanta happy again (well, until the sucky Saints came to town).
