It’s the NX8 1-8 with a damn horseshoe looking reticle. I believe it’s the only reticle they come in.

The Nightforce NX8 1-8x24mm F1 comes in 2 different reticles.

Six of one, half dozen for the other. Looks fine to me. But to each their own. I would prefer more objective though.

The dot is fine, but the outer big thick rings SUCK! Especially when you zoom in, it’s hard to see the smaller targets at a distance, because the reticle gets much bigger and covers up too much of the target.
