For beginning hunters I'd start with Ocmulgee. It's pretty big with lots of terrain to choose from

Is it recommended to do treestand hunting or do people ground hunt on WMA? I guess for safety reasons, go with treestands?

Lol, I love Pinelog! Lots of deer up there! Lost an 8 pointer up there two years back : ( The thing you gotta watch all are those old,deep mining holes!
