Avoiding problems when installing a whole house system:
As with all water using appliances, the reliability of the product is only as good as the quality of the installation. If the installation location does not provide direct access to the main water line, a drain, and a grounded electrical outlet my customers are encouraged to hire a plumber to run water lines to and from the chosen installation location as well as running a proper drain line from the filter system. I also encourage clients to have an electrician install a grounded electrical outlet if one is not available in the installation location.

Just finished installing our whole house system from Express Water.
After expelling bubbles and air and running the short break in steps, our water doesn’t smell like sulfur and chlorine any more. I drank water from the kitchen sink for the first time. Tastes like distilled water. We have a pot filler over the stove too, I’ve always hated using it because I knew it’s wasn’t good to cook with it.
So far so good. We’ll see about longevity and filter life as we go.
I am very happy with the product. Took me less than an hour with 100$ worth of good ball valves, brass and pex fittings from homo depot. The girls will be happy about their hrrrrrr and skin not being icky after showers or whatever. I’ll be happy to not have the smell and have to use the fridge to fill the coffee water now!!!!
