Why can't I find heavy grain FMJ .308 bullets?

as someone mentioned there is a big difference between OTM/HPBT and a true "hollow point" design that's designed to expand.
Sierra specifically does NOT recommend any hunting with their Match King ammo (which is what the military uses for the M118LR/MK316 rounds). as it doesn't expand. They have even come out with a new expanding version of the SMK for hunters.
