Honestly, the experience of firing various handguns isn't that interesting, it's where the bullets go that is interesting to me.

I would like to try a Laugo Alien, it piques my interest a bit since it's kind of unique. Otherwise we're mostly dealing browning actions or revolvers. Mostly.

I wish I had 2 them. One to crap on and one to cover it up with!!! I honestly can't see the fad. It's a plastic handgun that some government agencies adopted and some where seen in movies. Then everybody went out and bought one of the ugliest guns ever produced and thought and think they have a wicked handgun. It's a 600 dollar low tier pistol. That's all. There are better looking handguns that are just as reliable and made out of steel. That is all!
Aren't you the guy that buys 1911s and then has to totally rebuild them so they'll work?:becky:

LOL. They work they just need refurbished and refined. The last one was a 1994 model. They are however, Forged steel frame and slides and Hammer forged barrels. They good to go now. I am just jerking your chains guys. Somebody has gotta put a little stink in a thread once in a while. It keeps it interesting and most of the time quite humorous. 😁.

I don't own a Glock, but if I were to get rid of my other defensive pistols I think I would be very happy owning a couple of Glocks --one compact one full size.

My my motivation for doing so would be these three reasons in this order:

1-- reliability
2-- availability of accessories made to fit my exact model.

3-- local service / warranty work in Smyrna, Georgia. Close to me!

(Oh, and related to number three would be the fact that every gunsmith everywhere in any other part of the country is familiar with Glocks and how to service them.
That is definitely not true of a whole bunch of other handguns.)
