I had a Highpoint 9mm when I first started buying guns. It would double tap a shot on its own and when it felt like it. Jammed alot as well. But if I needed a gun for a pistol whipping contest I might choose a Highpoint lol.

I like my 995TS. Would I bug out out with it? Nah. It'd be 5th or 6th down the line of what I'd grab. It's a bear to take apart, the ergonomics are lacking and the trigger is pretty dang bad. But that's not why I bought it. I wanted an inexpensive 9mm carbine that's fun to shoot and was different from everything else I own. $265 was better than $800 for a CX4. Would I rather have the Beretta? Uh...yeah. But not for that price just to be a range toy. The HP fills that niche wonderfully. But...you do get what you pay for.
