Why only sell to GA residents? Legitimate question.

I sold my Weatherby Mark V deluxe hunting rifle to a guy from South Carolina, and the funny thing is I was planning on driving into South Carolina anyway to visit an old friend, but I would not sell the gun directly to the buyer.

Instead I met the buyer at a local gun shop in South Carolina. The FFL dealer received the gun from me (perfectly legal for that federally licensed gun dealer to buy / obtain firearms from private individuals from any other state ). The FFL then immediately re-sold it / transferred it ( for a $30 handling and bookkeeping fee) to that South Carolina resident .

And the SC resident who was the new owner of this rifle gave me an eight-ball of cocaine out in the parking lot of the gun store. So everybody was happy and we kept it legal. (At least as far as ATF was concerned).
