Happened to me too today. it is charter's DNS acting up. No one is blocking anyone...****ing paranoid weirdos.

goto your network connection and change the DNS entries to 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8

fixed.

Sadly your trying to explain something to me that is way out of my pay grade. I'll need a tutorial with detailed pictures to walk me through something that Greek.........
