Wooden Spool Table

Picked up this wooden wire spool for free at Home Depot last year. Today, I sanded it, stained it, and began wrapping the middle in rope. That's 18 1/2 ft and still need more!

But, I'm pleased with how it's coming along!

Thanks! Also, I'm debating putting a thick coat of polyurethane on the top or just a glass top. Leaning toward the glass top. So far, I'm $24 into it.

Where do you get the clock hands and movement from ?

Off amazon. You have to whittle the center of the spool a little to get the clock motor to fit.
