I've lost 34 pounds since December using the MyFitnessPal app. It has changed my life logging in my daily food intake as well as my exercise. I have a lot more weight to lose but I am confident that I can do it. I plan to do this the rest of my life.
Seriously? Hummm... I read some good things about it a few years ago as a way to inflate your muscles with water to reduce lactic acid build up. Hummm... I'll stop it for now and research it again. Thanks bro.
