Creatine only helps to retain water weight, if you consume loads of it daily it can be rough on your kidneys. Chances are you are no where near taking too much creatine. As for the OP, I am guessing you are middle aged? You probably have low testosterone which could be supplemented by a test booster like P6. I would go with a stack of Super HD or Oxy Elite as a thermogenic to burn fat and give you energy. Take that in the morning with a glass of cold water. In addition to that you should take a test booster like P6 or Gamma O to help give you natural energy, sex drive increases, and muscle recovery. Testosterone is everything when it comes to mental and physical health when you are a man. If you want a pre workout you could go with something without DMAA like C4 for the kick you need to get a good pump on at the gym. As far as protein goes, steer clear of mass gainers. Go with Optimum Nutrition's Gold Standard Whey, the flavors are great and its got a good blend of nutrients. BCAA's are also a good option as they help build and recover muscle tissue. Never buy the unflavored ones though, they taste like ass. You also need to take a solid multi vitamin.
Hope that helps. If you have any more questions, shoot me a PM.
I've been eating better than I used to. Still working on finding the right balance of not being hungry all the time, can eat at work easily (in an ambulance) and what I can afford.
I've been drinking more water than soda but still drink too much of that. I've been averaging 3-4 days at the gym until the last couple weeks while I've been sick.
My routine if I can even call it that is 30 min cardio on a bike/stair machine/treadmill. And then alternating days of arms/abs/legs
Now that spring is coming, in theory anyway, ill be getting back on my mountain bike a few times a week as well. I just downloaded that myfitnesspal app and ill see if that helps me any
What is a good whey protein that isn't too expensive? And a good fat burning/energy pill that isn't too expensive either?
I know that cheating out isn't the best thing but I do have to keep all this within a reasonable budget

X2!!!Do not do your 30 minutes of cardio before your workout. Always do it after the workout.. Doing cardio on a empty stomach breaks into the fats.
I don't trust any synthetic chemical someone produces that is supposed to benefit my body. Good luck in your work out though bro.
