Working out

I've lost 34 pounds since December using the MyFitnessPal app. It has changed my life logging in my daily food intake as well as my exercise. I have a lot more weight to lose but I am confident that I can do it. I plan to do this the rest of my life.
 
Dude that creatine is bad stuff on your kidneys.

Peanut butter, protien shakes, and a proper diet are much healthier for you.

Seriously? Hummm... I read some good things about it a few years ago as a way to inflate your muscles with water to reduce lactic acid build up. Hummm... I'll stop it for now and research it again. Thanks bro.

MyFitnessPal app is awesome. Journaling is critical!

I don't trust any synthetic chemical someone produces that is supposed to benefit my body. Good luck in your work out though bro.
 
Wake up & drink protein immediately.
Breakfast: Bagel, banana, turkey bacon, eggs
2 hours later: protein bar
lunch: Chicken Breast, potato, green beans.
2 hours later: protein shake & fruit
gym time: Drink scivation xtend during workout. 5 minute bike warm up, lift weights, end with 30 minutes of low intensity cardio 110 to 130 heart rate.
within 30 minutesafter gym drink more protein.
Dinner: Varies usually something light

Stretch before AND after your workouts. It's a huge help when it comes to soreness.

Creatine isn't bad for your kidneys. Takeing it while being dehydrated isn't good for them, but takeing anything while being dehydrated is hard on your kidneys. Just drink healthy amounts of water it will help you lose weight and stay healthier
