Definitely would pass. Pretty useless land, appears to be landlocked? Also it is a ROW the power company will travel often, not to mention loads of trespassers, just riding 4 wheelers etc. on the ROW.

I would buy it for shooting with .22’s and suppressed rifles.
Maybe hunting too, if there’s already signs of deer here.
Don’t count on drawing them here if they don’t come by already.

I definitely agree with talking to the neighbors and asking them what they think about using the land for hunting or , once you build a safe backstop, recreational target shooting .

Remember, hunting with suppressors has been legal in Georgia on private property for several years now. Almost every gun company makes guns with factory threaded barrels for suppressor use, and you can buy silencers for as little as $500, plus $200 tax to the feds .
