I bucked out early this year, and honestly have had trouble trying to find something to do with my time when I want to be on the stand!!
I shot my first doe in 3 or 4 years. A little over 100#. @shotgun 01 convinced me I needed to try that sausage and bacon burger from Garner's. On my way home now to play Santa.
I had a big bobcat come in at last light. I was getting turned around to shoot it but it saw me and took off.
I should have just tried a left hand shot. Otherwise, it was uneventful for me.

Went and sat in a box stand with my little 14 year old buddy this evening. Still tryin' to get his 1st.

Another first buck this weekend! 160lbs 9 point. I told him he had to drag it out of the woods and he believed me lol. He drug it about 150 yds back to the food plot.
Congrats! That's a heckuva good first buck!
It's all downhill from here lol.
Congrats to all that harvested an animal an especially the young man with his 1st buck!
