Wow. Want to talk about an easy NFA Trust.

I also got my trust through Dean. The guy at the gun shop where I went to get my first can couldn't believe that for $125 you can get a trust with an actual lawyer behind it.
Right on, and I agree. There is nothing like having the confidence that your trust is back by a lawyer.

Okay, is this what you need in order to have a silencer and SBR?
Yes Sir, you can get one without a trust but I don't recommend going that route. Since it requires asking permission from your local CLEO and I don't like asking permission from anybody.

Would this trust be good for out of state as well? I just moved to Missouri and I should have done this before i left, but i will be in Missouri for a while and would like to get this setup.

I'm pretty sure it works the same way regardless of what state you're in. That is unless or until 41P is passed but as always check your local laws.

I just filled mine out online, super easy. Cant wait!
Right on man. :thumb:

I honestly wish everyone would get one and make SBRs and cans more common. I think the government would be less likely to target and pick on our small community if everyone had one.

Of course I do have a can that I have had since the 90s and I did it the old way going through the CLEO and that whole gruelling ordeal. The Chief LEO was actually GBI for me back then though.

I have never met a ATF agent in all the time I have owned the can though. So never an issue.
