If you read the comments below the article you will find a childish debate, and it boils down to name calling. Pretty sad stuff when you consider a man lost his life doing what he loved.

How the hell could they charge him. The opponent got in the ring knowing Somerton bad could happen. Same goes for anyone in any proffesional/organized sports or event. Wrestling may be entirely fake, but these guys abuse their bodies like any other athlete.
