What far too many folks unfamiliar with the study of crime and criminals fail to comprehend is the life cycle of the violent criminal.

Typically in nearly all cases It begins with petty crime, as age comes, the crimes continue to escalate in severity and frequency. This continues until incarceration or death. When one understands that the majority of violent murderous crime is associated with a small fraction of our society, then it's clear that getting these thugs off the streets, one way or another, significantly benefits public safety.

Anti-rights, anti-gun, liberal leftist ignore that in ALL STATES that have enacted liberal gun laws, allowing citizens to arm themselves that crime falls as time goes on 1-5 years, 5-10 years etc.

The willful ignorance to support personal bias is immoral and strongly questions an individual's ethics. Espousing gun control as crime control is contradictory and abrades decades of peer reviewed honest studies.

Jesse Jackass with his lemming "Rainbow Coalition" were outraged with states that enacted "Stand Your Ground" laws and liberal pro-gun laws as the "justified homicide" rate of young black men had nearly tripled.

I made a point that a criminal deserving of a bullet getting one is not a bad thing, no matter the color, race, religion or sexual orientation. And in those same areas crime fell significantly. The worst of the worst were being thinned out.

Jailing people for petty stuff like low level drug use or tax evasion is a waste IMO
