Just sent my Model 94 in for repair/tune-up, Taurus quoted a 6 week turn-around time, has this been your experience lately? Trying to get an idea of what their current service time standard is. Thanks.

I have only utilize them one time but they did everything they said they would in the time frame they quoted me. No issues here. However, this was with a minor problem warranty wise with a semi automatic I have heard white different results with engineering problems on their revolvers. I honestly wish you luck
I have a lot of experience with Taurus customer service. They're slow, but they always get the job done .
They repaired a couple of my handguns a couple times and they've also replaced a couple handguns with brand-new ones of a similar model.
I think the turnaround time was a couple of months for most of them although my latest replacement handgun, the Taurus PT 111 millennium edition, took a year and a half.
