I am not much for standing in the fan boy line, I have no actual favorites myself.
IF the weapon functions properly, if its accurate in MY hands, then I will like it probally.
I have Colt, beretta, Bersa, Sig sauer, Para, Rock island, Taurus, Auto ordinance, Ruger, EAA, Dan Wesson, ATI, Springfield, and the list goes on.
So I have no reason to bash or talk about any manufacture except one that produces a inferior product.

For overall quality and value, I have to say CZ has impressed me lately. I haven't shot as many as I'd like and don't own nearly as many as I'd like, but I have been very impressed with the ones I have. I love my CZ semi-auto shotgun and the price was pretty hard to beat. A Beretta or Benelli may be better, but not 3x the price better imo. CZ makes some really good firearms for pretty damn good prices.

tossing in my $0.02 .. CZ pistols and Ruger rifles. And since i have only ever shot springfield 1911's i will have to give a nod to those.
