Funny you mention Taco's, I have taco's planned for this weekend..One of my Brothers dropped off some fresh Red Fish..So I'm gonna blacken some with Paul Prudhomme's seasoning, Angle hair cabbage, Pico, Guac and a little sour cream...Also gonna try to make some pickled eggs as well

I once poured peach schnapps over a taco I was eating but generally prefer them plain (and squirming) at 98 deg or warmer

When I go with some heat, I have tried some Mango Salsa to tame it a little..Not bad at all with fish.
