"He got a .32 gun in his pocket for fun . . . . " - Jim Croce

I don't know why I am drawn to these, but I am. Maybe I am channeling my inner "Leroy." For sure these fit into my eclectic collection of firearms, but you've come to expect this from me I think.

Anyway, I recently picked up a second Savage Model 1907 pistol in .32 ACP / 7.65mm last week. I had the one with the fine slide serrations, just acquired the one with the coarse serrations.

Also pictured are a few other of my Leroy pistols. In chronological order the are:

  • Savage Model 1907-12, Transitional (my newest acquisition) 1913
  • Savage Model 1907-19, Mod. No. 1 - 1919
  • FN Browning Model 1922 - 1946
  • Walther Model PP - 1968
  • Keltec Model P32 - who cares . . . .

Anyone else have an inner "Leroy" . . . . ?
