    I do believe that you are right, I did not go out there today because I worked last night, and it was hell. I just texted my friend who owns the house and was there and she says that he replaced the pipe. I guess it will be up to her homeowners insurance to sort it out.

    Condensation accumulating when the heater is in use? I know when I had a new unit installed a couple of years ago they also installed a pump to pump out any condensation, did they not have that in place here?

    That was the repair from the company that installed the unit. An insurance adjuster is coming Friday to review the damage and do and estimate, then the company will be sued in Magistrate's Court for repair cost.
