Is this something people would use locally? I know there is a guy on Snipers Hide in California that does it reasonably. I have invested a ton of money into my precision loading equipment and wouldn't mind doing this for some other folks if interested. All the annealing would be done on an AMP...
I'd rather shoot than reload... that's my problem... I have thousands of $$ invested in a ton of Dillon equipment and supplies.. I am self-employed, so my time is limited during the week. I may be putting it all up on the chopping block. I hate to, but its hard to justify the investment I have...
I have some brass that has been cut from 223 to 300 BO if anybody wants it. Maybe 100 pieces or so. I prefer the stuff stamped w/ 300 BO. I have access to free brass, so I'm kind of picky.. I'm on the south side in Mcdonough/Locust Grove.. the price is right!
What press are you using? I saw some decent projectiles for about $2 each. Looks like you can only get about 30 rounds out of a pound of powder.. I'm shooting Federal XM33 now, which is not very accurate, but still fun to shoot.
I've had both... Had all kinds of problems out of the ammo plant, basically once I finally got to run, I was afraid to change calibers. I know own 2 550's. Wish I would've start blue.
Loading some 308 mil spec brass... Lighter than book loads because of the heavier wall or ??? What do y'all think? Using 43/43.5/ 44 gr of Varget with a 165 gr Nosler ballistic tip. CCI primer. Thanks
I'm looking for a Dillon 650 and all the goodies to go with it to start loading 9 mm. Is there a shop in the area that carries Dillon and all the other goodies. I would prefer to make one stop and get it all. Thanks for any info.
