I've had great success with IMR3031 and 100gr flat base spire point bullets in a Sako L579. I can't say on your specific bullets, by my combo was good for 1/4" pattern at 100 yards neck sizing only. -

Mark a line down the side of your brass with a sharpie and drop one in the chamber. It will help you narrow down where the dent is coming from. -

Started my bench
On my last wooden bench with nice poly sealed top, I used rod couplings. At Home Depot I found the proper diameter bolts about 2" long, then got rod couplings to fit the bolts. Next I marked the hole pattern, drilled holes the same diameter as the couplings, and epoxied them seated .010" above...
