Thank you all. It is an automatic, 2.0 gas (not diesel). We didn't really touch the tranny side low down. We removed the motor mount on the other side. We did remove a lot of hoses and stuff from the tranny side. Is it possible that it's something else, or would you all think the censor is... -

Parts store scanner. We replaced the gas cap and light was still on. We took it up to the store again, still getting P0455, in there twice. Cluster short code has disappeared now, so the only codes left are the P0455. We re-set the light (using the parts store scanner) and are going to go... -

So the code is P0455; either gas cap or major leak in the evap system. We have replaced the gas cap but couldn't get the light to go off. The next step is to replace the vent solenoid. That looks like a PITA. -
