It also has some cracks in the stock, so I haven't totally made up my mind. I mainly bought it for a wall hanger.
If I can thin epoxy and drizzle it into the cracks and I still need to clean the barrel well for a proper look see but I probably will.

I know you can pull the ring on the swiss rifles for a second strike on the primer, I guess you can with a mosin too, just never thought about it. Need to cycle a swiss rifle by first pulling the firing pin back, see if it cycles easier as well.
