I have a flat bench I will give to someone. It is solid and has no rips in the upholstery. Has been used with olympic bars. I covered the pad a few years ago and have scarcely used it. Frame is black (could use a touch up) and the pad is maroon. Free near me. Delivery possible for a fee.
This has been my philosophy for a while. Well said in this article. Train in ALL aspects that can help you be better in ALL situations.

Wanted to share this with any who may be interested. Many good points made in this interview about fitness/combat training. I really enjoyed the second half of the podcast but all of it is good stuff.
