“The dip” for suppressor baffle cleaning

Holy**** man!!! I’ve never seen that before, I’d given up on cleaning my ARC-22 AL. What’s your setup?
Hell yeah man it’s the way to go. I used a buddies, his was a cheap harbor freight unit hooked up to a decent sized compressor. I blasted the **** outta my Sig .22 can and haven’t really shot it much since. It worked ok but had some flow issues. When I get my own (soon since my 9mm can is about to lock itself too) I’m gonna go a bit more expensive. 200ish on the blaster.
Check out YouTube and dudes are making their own with the nozzles and a 2 liter and media. Probably will serve you fine for an occasional spray down of some baffles

Dip, rinse the baffles and then toss them in a tumbler with stainless pins. You'll be amazed. Comes out like new and I put thousands upon thousands of rounds through my Spectre 2 between cleanings.
Yep if your baffles are SS tumbler is even easier to maintain and use than the blaster. Blaster with soda for the AL stuff.

Looking at cleaning a Spectre II Can:
Would this be the appropriate setup?

Could this same setup be used on an Osprey .45 or a CZ .22 Rimfire can?
(Edit: Disregard the question about the Osprey, found an old thread with some advice on cleaning it from 2013)

I've heard that .30 cal cans don't need to be cleaned due to the high pressure/heat of the round - Is that true?

What is this dip you speak of? This knowledge escapes me. One of the manufacturers told me years ago to soak my sealed cans in WD40 for a couple days, rinse, and then blow them out.
