What if it were a charity like Relay for Life maybe? My mother in law is in charge of one of the local Relays. Maybe I could get her to throw the idea out there as a way to raise more money for it and see if they would be willing to do the raffle? I'm not really sure how it all works but I do know that Relay for Life is a charity for cancer.
