10/22 drawing?

I had an idea that I wanted to throw out there to see what the general consensus is on it.

I was thinking...would y'all like to have a drawing for a 10/22?
My idea was to have everyone who was interested pitch in maybe $5 and we could have an outside party such as one of the moderators take the money and purchase a 10/22 with it. Then they could a name from everyone that contributed and that person would be the winner of the new 10/22. I ran the idea by soviet and he was ok with it, so what say the rest of ODT?

Obviously we would have to have enough contribute to be able to purchase the rifle.

So, basically a raffle and the drawn winner gets the rifle. I'd play. We could probably raise enough for a NICE 10-22, something with optics and a bull barrel maybe? Count me in.
