11/13 Hunt

I'm getting ready, should be out there by 10. I only got 1 backstrap and a few tendies left in the freezer.

Good luck! I froze my a** off last night, windy as h*ll. I'm waiting until the weekend.

Saw a small buck right after daylight, watched 2 big toms for 20-30 minutes and when they got out of sight I stood up, stretched, and told myself I probably wouldn’t see anything with the wind/cold then here comes a herd of deer feeding until they got down wind of me and they left. On the bright side I somehow sprayed doe pee on myself and I don’t have any feeling in my toes.

It looks like my does have finally run off their yearlings. Rut is full swing now.

Got set up @ 6:30 . Saw a few does moving at 6:45 . I was trying to see if big boy was following when a yote stepped out on the trail at 30yds off my right shoulder. . So I smoked him and left. That's #2 this year in roughly the same spot I..be back in the woods this afternoon.

Just got busted by a small mama doe and her yearling. Looks like they are coming off their beds.

Gotta work. Will probably be Sun before I can make it back to the woods. I bet it was cooold out there this AM though.

Saw some moving about the time the sun hit the forest floor.

Had a decent herd come by this morning before I left for work.

Good day to get out and call in some cruising bucks but it sucks that I can’t shoot any more bucks this season.

Just saw a 3 1/2 yo 7. He is noticeably limping. I want the one that gave him the limp. Wind is swirling but my radial 400b ozone generator seems to help (I hope so because he will be feeding right to me)
