I'm in with both of my daughters. Oldest is home from school and with me in the stand. She hasn't hunted with me since she was into dolls and barbies. She practiced with the rifle this morning.

We hadn't been in the stand for 30 minutes and a doe came out. She moved with the rifle too fast and spooked her. We'll get the next one.

Got the 45-70 back out after zeroing today with new ammo. It's good to go now. Now the deer just need to show up.
