I had the same thought. Look all over for something like it and found nothing, but it sure seems like something is turned off.Stupid question, but is there a fuel shutoff switch somewhere that is closed?
Oh damn, brother.I've seen plastic screens in small engine tasks disintegrate and clog a fuel system.
When I first got my wife's boat with a 90hp fuel injected honda, I had to replace the entire fuel system to get it reliable.

No shutoff that I could find. Yes, there is a primer bulb and it was used. I'm going to call them tomorrow.I assume there isn't a fuel shutoff that's left closed ? Sounds like an outboard ? Is there a priming buld in the line ? Otherwise take it back. I'm sure it's something very simple and they'll hopefully fix it for free.
Having had a few boats in the past, unless you know how to troubleshoot it's a lesson in frustration.
Good luck my man. You definitely deserve a well running boat by nowOkay. One... more... time.
Tomorrow is the big test. Will it run??!!
As suspected the problem last time was very simple. They had failed to reattach the choke hoses. My boat has a T-Top so they couldn't get it to the test tank they have and no one hooked up a water hose to it, so they never tested it before I picked it up.
They attached the choke hoses correctly this time, hooked up the water hose and it cranked right up. Tomorrow will tell.
This odyssey of mechanical incompetence really needs to come to an end. I'm more than ready to have a boat that runs properly.
