Never seen one in a tree and definitely wouldn’t wanna have one in the same tree as me!

I have a good friend who raises and trains dogs to run bobcats and cougars. He goes out west every year for several different outfitters and they use his dogs. I've gone with him many times when training his dogs here around home. After the dogs have a bobcat treed we will get the dogs tied up and he will climb up the tree with a pole and knock the cat out. We will give the cat at least 30 minutes and sometimes a hour head start and go run it again. He's done that with cougars also. I've not been on any cougar hunts with him but I'd sure think twice before knocking a cougar out of a tree. Here's a picture of one of his biggest cats.
